When it comes to power (wind) just remember them blades freeze and if it’s to windy they must lock them down as to much wind isn’t good for them (watch in case of falling towers) they can’t handle excessive wind speeds.
What is California going to do more so than not they’re still using quite a bit of fossil fuels…🤷♀️
