  1. It kills me that every restaurant every owner knows that the only reason Chef Ramsey is their because they asked him to be there because they are failing ? Yet they always get angry about being told what the issues are .

  2. The Grasshopper- to Mitch's defense- he's outnumbered by a terrible cooking staff that clearly knows they are needed.
    I would throw out the sh!tty non- chefs with the terribly stored crap and their uncaring dusgusting kitchen habits with them.
    Why out of the three does it all rest on Mitch's shoulders. I guess he could have been interviewing actual real chefs and meet with the other two to let them know.
    What else could he do to change that ?
    Pops has 3 mill plus into the place. He has thrown Mitch under the bus, but to offer a way to correct it is better than standing pointing a finger.
    Chef Ramsay adressed exactly what I was getting at. The cool staff had the owners all held captive. Ot a care in the workd about their product, safety involved with cross contamination- just a hand out for a paycheck. Assholes.

  3. Ramsey comes off like a complete as* but he means well. Sometimes it takes someone like Ramsey to come in and help and to show new ways to cook or spark a old chef.

  4. I feel so bad for Celine and the environment that her parents are comfortable with her being in. Alex and the chef. Idk why they weren’t corrected as soon as this disrespect happened??? Why did Alex feel so attacked to defend himself like that had to be exhausting!?

  5. Lol “jerk chicken is supposed to be dry. I know because I eat Jamaican food everyday” meanwhile jerk chicken is supposed to be fall off the bone. Also Jamaican food aren’t served from a plastic bag and martini glass. Also how does she micromanage her restaurant, son, and clinic?

  6. The Down City woman is the epitome of a Karen. I love her being ripped for this shit. Also did anyone else notice that owners on this show blame Gordon for what went wrong in their fridges? Like he planted rotten food to make them look bad. It’s so funny how most of the owners have such fragile egos that are threatened by everything to the point they would rather go bankrupt than admit they were wrong!

  7. We used to go there all the time. It's in the heart of Downtown Newark. The Majors Office, Senator's Rice, Prudential, etc…. Best location!! But the food changed over the years!! I'll go back again because it holds a lot of memories!

  8. Like, Michael isn't the greatest of guys, but damn was I sick of everyone dog piling him. Everything was all on his shoulders, and all of the guilt was laid on him. No one else was willing to take responsibility for their own actions. Not even the mother. Of course he stopped caring, I would too.

  9. One sad fact for La Frite, was letting Martine call the shots. I can't stand anyone who hides behind a passive aggressive personality. Don't ever let an outsider over-take a family business….he's there to sabotage this business. Anyone can perfect a menu they've ONLY cooked for 20
    years….talk about limited. That's not a chef at that point, that's just a cook 🙄
