🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

  1. Amazing video I'm an Irish man born and bred in Dublin Ireland 🇮🇪 and your video's are amazing you really tell a story in every country you visit it's a pleasure to watch you try new and exciting food's.. thank you for shedding a light on different foods and different ways of living.😃

  2. Filipinos who fight for the world champion belt in south Africa the Filipinos are treated very well you can tell south africans are nice people because every other Africans are all different how they act or there mindset

  3. Everything was superb, my only negative comment, is that suppressor on that rifle.

I'm not a fan of suppressors.
Loud and proud. I want you to know where I am and that someone is shooting at you. 🤘😝🤘

  4. How the heck u put 3 videos a week with ur team just putting all episodes in one video most of the time don't I like ur show but now ur like not putting original stuff or videos often sorry 😐 it better to unsubscribe u 😔 nice to see c ur work in past

  5. Apartheid was fucked up, but you can't blame all current day problems back to it. Plenty of bad political decisions ever since. Racism is still alive and well in SA.

  6. The Zebra that you try to hunt is endangered you can eat literally everything but why hunt mountain Zebras their only Habitat are these places they cant survive somewhere else which is why they are endangered if he has too many let them be free and eat pigs

  7. One of my first boyfriends was from South Africa, wish I was old enough at the time to visit his country and learn his culture…wonder what happened to him 🤔

  8. I've watched a lot of your shows, but I think this is your best. Beautifully done. Great content, and great hosts that you found and worked with.

I love how you stayed focused on the food, but also gave non South Africans a flavour of the different cultures of my beautiful country.

South African Minister of Tourism owes you a beer.

    Take a bow

  9. Did you have a chance to meet up with any bushman? They are the natives of this country and I assume they have some really interesting food ways. Also, even if the cultural mixing is all totally 100% positive, you sure are pushing it hard. I mean, I mostly agree with you and even I find it extra.

  10. Welldone on the KZN riots folks, good job getting yourselves utterly avoided in this amazing review of South Africa. Well done indeed.

I cant think of any other reason why KZN, Durban etc was completely excluded in this amazing depiction of SA.

  11. My home 🇿🇦 😁
I love this guy, unbiased, respects everyone and honest
    ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  12. I was waiting for the full video.

Why the heck did you guys not go to Durban?
    No bunny chow?!
    No johnnies rotti from Overport?!

Seriously, dodged an entire demographic of the populatiom, culture, going back hundreds of years? Entirely dodged both the Zulu and Indians…?

Tracing your route, its like you guys literally kept a wide berth around KZN on purpose.

Why? When was this actually filmed, any impact on your guys journey thanks to those riots in July 2021?

  13. Why is the video quality so terrible for South Africa? I'm disappointed Sunny, South Africa is the only country you chose to change the camera quality.

  14. I really want to know just who figured out how to preserve meats and the process for what works best. I think about this a lot more than I should, but there's just no reason I can understand why someone would try to take these random strips of meat and make them keep for long periods of time by just placing them in with some other, random, somewhat-inedible items. I can understand the idea with using salt to dry stuff out because someone noticed that a piece of meat, which was covered in salt, remained edible over long periods of time. But when it comes to things like pickling or placing raw meat in a mixture of spices/preservatives and so forth, it seems bizarre that a bunch of isolated peoples would be able to individually come up with similar ways to prepare or preserve food in highly unintuitive ways. Crazy.
