You should include a poleshift, slowly building up, but within the last 6 hours will shift the entire crust 90° to the equator. Winds would blow 1000 miles an hour round the equator, oceans would remain in place. So within 6 hours what was once below miles of ocean would now be above water and what was above water is now below miles of ocean. Over the course of the next 6 days things will calm down before the entire process reverses leaving no trace.

One thing that I have seen every "science" video like this getting wrong without fail is what happens when a planet collides with earth. NO! it WILL NOT form an asteroid belt. How do we know that? Because that's not how gravity works. Because a planet roughly the size of Mars has already collided with earth and there is no asteroid belt to be found where the earth is. The collision will most likely create a new planet in a new orbit, with new satellites. Just like what happened to proto-earth.

I live in New Zealand and we just had a natural disaster that killed 3 people and a few more were missing. In Auckland a huge flood accured. Videos pictures were all over the news. I don't live in Auckland but I was shocked to see the damage. It caused landslides and picked up an entire house from its foundations.
