Hippo Vs Crocodile

The hippo is the only animal I see crocodiles run away from. Even when they’re confronted to lions or elephants, crocodiles are ready to fight, but check out this crocodile trying to escape this hippo in pursuit. However, the hippo is just chasing the reptile and not trying to bite it. The same thing is happening on land, when this hippo appears to be smelling the crocodile’s tail but doesn’t attack it. And the two other hippos in the vicinity seem quite peaceful as well. Hippos are usually the ones who chase crocodiles, as you can see in this video. Crocodiles don’t enjoy dealing with hippos. This hippo knows a crocodile is hiding in there somewhere, but he can’t locate it just yet. I hope for the crocodile’s sake, he doesn’t because it could mean the end for the reptile.

Crocodilian/ Alligator Fight Snake

Two Amazonian reptiles attempting to devour each other have come to a stalemate and are now fighting for survival. Who will emerge victorious? Many residents got a close look, when the man capturing the event got close enough to film the action. The falling water level brings the anaconda back to the streams it prefers. It has the choice to hunt the hordes of fish as they return or animals coming to the banks to drink. A good meal can feed this super-sized snake for days or even months, if the prey is sizeable. The hidden air sacs by its lungs let it stay below the surface for 10 minutes at a time, giving it enough time to sneak up on its prey. It senses vibrations ahead on the stream bed. It hasn’t eaten for weeks and will tackle a caiman if it gets a chance. The giant snake just needs to get close enough for an ambush, but the caiman realizes the anaconda is near and escapes. The mega snake continues his search for food downstream. Any animal that relaxes its guard, will pay with its life. That’s exactly what this caiman did, and you can see the results for yourself. Crocodilian versus giant constrictor is a battle that’s raged for 60 million years. This battle between an anaconda and a crocodile looks even, although at times, the snake seems to be winning, and a few seconds later, it’s the other way around. In the end, the battle concludes in what looks like a stale mate, as the two opponents stare at one another, before parting ways. After a five-hour lengthy battle in Queensland, Australia, a snake fought, wrestled, and devoured a crocodile. The incident was caught on camera, in front of a shocked crowd of onlookers. The snake, which is thought to be around ten feet long, constricted and then devoured the large, fearsome crocodile.
