21. Gorillas are my favourite animal. They are calm until you get on it's nerves.

22. for the areas where it's just glass separating you from them (making it so you can be very close if they come up to the glass) there should be a huge sign saying:
    1) DO NOT PUND THE GLASS
    2) DO NOT BEAR YOUR TEETH / SMILE AT THEM
    3) DO NOT MAINTAIN EYE CONTACT
    4) DO NOT BEAT YOUR CHEST
    5) DO NOT MAKE MONKEY NOISES AND GESTURES
    these are all considered aggressive behaviors to them and you're basically challenging them. you're gonna stress them out and frustrate them because they can't do anything about it. this may cause them to lash out at a family member or even a zoo keeper later on after built up stress. the kids pressed up against the glass banging on it and staring / smiling at the gorilla who got upset and charged really pissed me off. the parents should know better.
