Koda was part of a litter of puppies that was dropped off at a shelter by someone who obviously didn’t want them. Jesse and his wife instantly hit it off with Koda and brought him home. One day Koda went up to Jesse’s hand and just put his butt there. Koda has learned to scratch his own butt and will use anything he can get his paws.

My grandparents had this goofy beagle who would back into you rather insistently for butt scratches. If you were lying on the floor with your elbow bent, propping up you head watching tv; this dog would back his butt into your face from the blindsides. Koda seems much more polite by comparison. LOL!
That little side to side step thing is pretty funny too.

My dog liked to scratch her butt under chairs for no reason others than it felt good. This doggo is a cutey.
I’ve never, in my life, ever met a dog that doesn’t love a butt scratch! I have long natural finger nails and all dogs I come into contact with seem to know instinctively that my nails are great for scratching and always present me with their rumps 😂😂
