  1. Kindred is so edgy and dark…. yet not evil at all and only an absolute natural occurance…. i rly love this. All living things must meet kindred. Thats the natural order of things

  2. I remember when I first heard all of their voice lines in the video you watched, not even knowing that they were League characters. I was unexpectedly entranced by the storytelling within the voicelines and by the characters themselves. I finished the video and realized that it'd made me cry, and I think it was Lamb that did that, with the statement of one particular line, "All beauty fades, that is why it is beautiful."

  3. For me, the most beautiful moment related with Kindred's personality is that even they have a fear. In the story that Lamb is telling us like The Gray Man is their true first form, who was so lonely. Also we know, when Fiddlesticks meets anyone he reminds them about their main fear. When he meets Kindred, he calls them a gray man. That makes me think, that the main thing Kindred is afraid of is being lonely. And this is the same for all ppl I know, including myself, like even the fear of death scares you not that much as the loneliness does.

  4. Another fascinating thing about these two is that, wolf feels without understanding while lamb understands without feeling. So it's almost as if they live through each other, lamb asks wolf what something feels like so she can (feel?) it to, while wolf asks lamb why he feels things. Their dynamic is fascinating and beautiful.

  5. The story goes that there was a pale man with dark hair (light and dark), who was lonely, and he split himself in two – into Lamb and Wolf
While Lamb has white wool, Wolf has Black fur, while Lamb has a black mask, wolf has a white one
They are essentially split in two, that includes everything about them: Lamb understands emotions, but can't feel them, while Wolf feels them, but can't understand them.

Lamb is about a swift death, Wolf is about a struggle to survive
It sounds like Wolf is evil, but he isn't, if anything, Lamb is actually the "evil" one, she grants a swift and instant death, Wolf allows you to struggle for survival
No one escapes Lamb, but people can temporarily "escape" Wolf

  6. I feel like he overcomplicated Kindred a bit, as they're a rather straightforward concept.

    Official Bio:
"Separate, but never parted, Kindred represents the twin essences of death. Lamb's bow offers a swift release from the mortal realm for those who accept their fate. Wolf hunts down those who run from their end, delivering violent finality within his crushing jaws. Though interpretations of Kindred's nature vary across Runeterra, every mortal must choose the true face of their death."

    >"Kindred represents the twin essences of death."<

Kindred is essentially a metaphor of equilibrium for the two types of death. An example of a wolf's death would be a warrior fighting to their last breath, this death consists of lots of pain and violence. An example of a lamb's death would be a warrior giving up and not fighting, or even taking their own life, this death is swift and painless. The lamb and wolf are basically just spiritual mascots for those two types of death, they don't cause the death, they are the death.

If you choose a wolf's death, you are brave, but spiteful. If you choose a lamb's death, you are cowardly, but benevolent.

  7. When your time comes, you either accept it, and go peacefully with Lamb, or you fight with everything you have left, and you meet the Wolf.

  8. If you do need suggestions, try looking up Volibear, Ornn or Aatrox. The first two are demi-god brothers and the second one is a fallen God-Warrior. the reaction was awesome guys!!💘

  9. My favorite voicelines has to be Aatrox and Pantheon.
Aatrox who is so overcome with anger and hate for the gods.
Pantheon who's every line feels inspiring and makes you proud to be mortal

  10. I think reacting to Jhin lore and voiceline would be a good choice next. He is considered by many players/fans to be the peak character of riot, So I would 100% recommend him.

  11. It would be cooler if u could react to the themes and the gameplay videos of the champs with the voicelines….gives u a very good overall idea of the nature of the champion.

  12. To be honest, I disagree with the usual idea of death. Death doesn't give life meaning, life itself is the meaning. Our existence don't matter because it is fated to end but because it gives us the opportunity to grow, learn, feel and bound. This image of death is based solely on its (current) unavailability. Since the idea of such a fate existing without purpose is to cruel, we created a purpose for it. It's like a worldwide Stockholm syndrome. We can't do anything about it so we gave it a reason to be that does not exist.
To illustrate my point, I recommend "Fable of the Dragon-Tyrant" by CGP-Grey. youtube.com/watch?v=cZYNADOHhVY&t=6s&ab_channel=CGPGrey

  13. There’s a fiddlesticks interaction with kindred where fiddlesticks says grey man to them, meaning that the story about the pale man was them. Also in lor lamb has other stories like about pantheon.

  14. A callback to Fiddlesticks' voicelines: When he meets Kindred, he says "The Gray Man" – Lamb tells a story about a "pale man" splitting himself in two.
This is interesting in two regards: Fiddlesticks either calls old entities (like Demons) by their names or says the deepest fear of the character.
I think in Kindred's case, it is both. Fiddlesticks recognizes Kindred as the grey/pale man – and the pale man's greatest sadness was being alone – Kindred fears being alone again, being just one again.

  15. Fun fact, there is a short story centered around Noxus that mentions they have a temple dedicated solely to Wolf. Because Noxus is a militaristic, expansionist empire, they value war, and thus glorify the violent deaths provided by Wolf over the swift, painless deaths by Lamb.

  16. There is a survivor from Kindred , his name is Gangplank (also a champion in the game) he probably choose Wolf instead of Lamb and manage to escape death .

  17. I highly recommend watching the trailers for a Plague tale innocence and then a plague tale requiem. Very interesting/intriguing story and very good games

  18. Aurelion Sol can’t be killed by Kindred he is a god not even from Runeterra he doesn’t know the concept of his own Death and even if it (“it” because we don’t really know what aurelion sol even is) has the concept, it would be another form or god of death far superior to Kindred

I type this because some mathafakas act like they know it all

  19. A long video that I love is T B Skyen's re-reading of the short story "Rise With Me" it's some beautiful League lore, and he really goes into the story. Also, the short story itself is beautiful and by far my favorite bit of League lore!

  20. Yesss! I knew you'd both love these two! I loved seeing your reactions to the heart-tugging words lamb and Wolf had to say, to see the emotion was brilliant. I was super excited to wake up and see you guys reacted to Kindred! ❤️
Also loved that you went with the Kindred voice line video that always makes me shed a tear whenever I listen to it, really awesome. Can't wait for the next vid!

  21. Kindred is the manifestation of death, so everyone in League of Legends Universe will meet Kindred in the end. Those who accept their death will be killed by Lamb's arrow and will die peacefully (Like die naturally). Those who run from their death and will be hunt by Wolf and will die in a horrible way. Meaning, Silco was killed by Wolf. 😃
