I finally found the courage to film this video. I’m sorry for the heavy breathing at the start, my anaemia is making it hard for me to get enough oxygen when I talk. Also I would like to mention I’m not dumb I just have really bad brain fog due to lack of oxygen and anaemia and that is why I can’t think of certain words fast. this video is for educational purposes.

We're all glad you are ok! Honestly I will usually leave a video in the first 30 seconds if someone is talking. But the way you were so genuine just felt right.
