14. Bro Anderson is not winning this. You people don’t understand how much age plays into this game. Andersons age is considered VERY old for combat sports. Not only that, Silva was considered the goat for a very specific point of his career, his decline was really bad. He started losing fights, broke his leg. Now he got into boxing at a relatively late age. When you get old, you get weaker, your reflexes slow down. Anderson also lost his chin.

    Now finally, Anderson fought primarily in MMA; striking in MMA vs boxing plays out very differently, I’ve done both, and it’s crazy how punching changes drastically between the two sports. Anderson is best when he can use his whole arsenal; he’s limited to pure boxing in a pure boxing match. The striking plays out differently.

    Jake Paul is younger, bigger, stronger, and has heavy hands. You do the math to the equation is just listed. Jake Paul will win, but I can’t respect a dude that chooses to fight retired old MMA fighters in a boxing match.

    I called it with Tyron woodley and Ben Askren that Jake would win. For a lot of the same reasons I listed above. Jake knows what he’s doing, and he does have some skill in boxing because he’s been doing it for some years now.
