In this compilation video, we go over multiple clips from bear attacks, encounters and even charges. What makes these ”caught on camera” moments so scary is the fact that they were filmed in remote areas like a forest, national parks, alaska, russia and canada.

Encounters with black bears, brown bears and even kodiak bears are actually way more common than you might think. They often happen to people who are hiking, camping, mountain biking or even hunting.

It just turns out that some of them were lucky enough to capture footage of these near death experiences that almost went wrong on camera and go pro. This leads to some very creepy videos.

Thankfully, many people on hikes carry bear spray, which prevents their bear encounter from turning into ”gone wrong” viral moments.

Get ready, because these bear vs man moments that could easily be considered near death experiences are sure to give you the chills.

Background music by CO.AG Music, Marc v/d Meulen (bandcamp.com) and Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com)

  1. LOSER Justin Trudeau just banned handguns in Canada so now more hikers will have to rely on bear spray can't even carry a revolver for protection. Thanks Justin now I can't hike in the woods anymore with my family! People don't be stupid and approach any bear EVER!!

  2. Idiotic tourists!! What gets them in trouble is they think wild animals are just like the ones in Disney Movies!!! SERIOUSLY if you don't know anything about the location you're going to it wouldn't be bad to do some studying!!

  3. Find the Dan Haggerty in Grizzly Adams his trained grizzly didn't want to be bothered to film that day. Picked Dan up by the calf of his leg up side down Dan was shook like a rag doll , there is video of the attack it was horrific . We fail to fully conceive how powerful these animals are. And should never feel comfortable, not to respect or forget that!…

  4. Grabbing and climbing or pushing over trees is a territorial display of strength and a challenging display as it keeps walking towards them…at that point it was probably a good idea for them to run when they had the chance.. the bear was not backing down. Was probably a young male .. black bears can be From 100 to 500 pounds and brown bear's up to twice that size. Now that's scary and a small 150 pound bear has the strength of about 30 grown men..so you don't want to mess with them and are sooo tough if they find a hornets nest or yellow jackets.wasps nest the will eat and feed on them for food despite being stung. They do not seem to be deterred by the pain .. Best to leave well enough alone if you can!

  5. Bears get killed because people do not respect their space, and even though these same people who always claim they're(animal lovers)are told by Forest Officials that by entering the(Bear's)space it could most likely cause an encounter getting bears and cubs killed, doesn't matter they will still proceed! That's why whenever I hear of a bear malling, it's probably because those same people ignored any signs posted or even people just giving friendly advice, ~"Hey brother respect the Bear's, or they will be killed by people like us! Hey, Want a Bear Steak?"~

  6. I don't understand why these guys do not shoot and kill the bears? if they charged at me and I had a gun I would blow their fucking head off. any bear that thinks it is ok to charge at a human should be killed , they should fear us by nature and if they do not they are a problem that needs to be eliminated.

  7. Black bear do not eat people unless they already dead. At a dump in Catskills I saw about 10 black bears feasting . About 30 cars there. Some idiots from the Bronx got out of their car to tease the bears. They may not eat you but they will take your head off. I cannot understand why these folks walk in brown bear territory without Desert Eagle. If that bear spray work as well as some of the whipped cream spray I buy I may as just as well surrender to bear, Desert Eagle gonna work though.

  8. I think you might not know what "horrific" means. If it means, having close encounters with a bear, you'd be right. But sadly, that's not the case. The best you can say about your video would be mildly exciting, but definitely not horrific. Enjoy

  9. At 8 minutes 59 seconds the man that is fly fishing there is a bear to the left and just behind the man that's fly fishing there's something dark in the background looks like a person that just appeared it goes from White the real dark.

  10. The first black bear aggressively charging these guys. Just a warning shot not good. What happens the next time a leftist idiot in the woods with no firearm comes in contact with this bear.

  11. The man who thought something in that building was important enough to walk right by a black bear sort of would deserve whatever he got from that bear. I feel sorry for anyone who accidentally comes in contact with a wild animal but when someone is this foolish, I really can't work up much sympathy for him. I'm glad he didn't get hurt but it was pure stupid luck and not any sign of intelligence on his part. Whoever was telling him to slowly back away was giving him good advice which he was dumb enough to ignore. It's like people today think all wild animals are Disney creatures that they can go right up to and maybe even pet and then walk away unscathed. I hate to burst their bubble, but wild animals are NOT Disney creatures.

I don't know if any of the cities in Canada have this same law but there is a town in Alaska, it maybe ALL towns in Alaska, IDK, but it is against the law to lock your car when you leave it parked on the street. You MUST leave it unlocked so any pedestrian who encounters a bear can jump into any car that is nearby to escape from the bear. I think that's pretty neat.
