It’s day 12 in the trial of Waukesha Parade suspect Darrell Brooks. Prosecutors hope to finish their case by Wednesday, leaving Brooks the rest of the week to present his case.

This is soooooo hard to watch its all about poor Darell my life is over he took the lives of many including a child and is more worried about himself and what he's facing in his life being over when he took many lives and literally scarred thousands of people for the rest of theirs including God knows how many poor kids had to witness this disgusting Act
I'm not aware by any means but I know a couple and I've also seen several interrogations/ Court interactions and I am 95% confident that I could represent this monster better than he is his objections are completely off basis 99% time and he clearly doesn't understand any of the laws and not that I would ever ever consider representing someone like him if I was a lawyer and honestly I think any lawyer that was appointed to him should think they're lucky stars they didn't have to sit and deal with his narcissist but this whole thing is ridiculous everything about him is insane
When he goes back to his cell he should be made to write out pages from the dictionary on the words "heresay", "leading" and "relevance"

I haven't look forward to a guilty verdict as much as this one. He will no doubt throw himself on the floor into a mega tantrum. And I hope the judge gets a standing ovation.
I wonder if the court reporter/stenographer is sitting there typing exactly what is said even though most of it isn’t grammatically correct and occasionally aren’t even real words being used.
The reason I’d like to know is because if it’s exactly what is being said then on a transcript it would read opposite in a lot of instances to what was truly being said.
Example…
Judge: “Mr Brooks, do you have any follow up questions for this witness?”
Mr Brooks: “I ain’t got no follow up for him”
Would the stenographer type it out exactly how he says it or would she fix it because it’s obvious he meant no?
If she’s not allowed to “fix” it then it could be read as though he did have more for that witness and was ignored. “I ain’t got no questions” would read on paper like “I don’t have nothing” so “I do have something because I don’t have nothing”.
Do anyone understand me or am I nutty?

Good gawd. This guy. He is such a narcissist .. they need to diagnose him .. he is sick sick sick. He thinks these people believe him. He thinks he can talk anyone into anything. He is learning now .. your narcissism isn't going to get him out of this. Not in the court. Not anymore dude. AND most narcissists get away with making people's lives HELL for years .. BUT .. they end up in these situations – killing someone – killing or hurting terribly their loved ones. They are SICK. Just watching him in these clips .. or just how he acts in court is a master class in learning what a narcissist is and how they "perform". I don’t know how or why I am still watching this dirtbag. The way he acts in the interrogation makes me want to vomit. He is one of the worst human beings I have ever encountered.
I find it odd that many of you think the detective is 'special' . These are nothing more than basic interrogation questions.
Curious as to what others think …. Does he have some sort of a mental illness or is he just a difficult self centred angry person who thinks he can do whatever the hell he likes and answers to no one or no law

I cant wait until he starts to really lose it. You can see him get more and more aggressive towards the court and judge. The closer we get to the end the better the entertainment will get. I am so glad this is open to the public so everyone to see. Trust me when I say someone from the outside will either tell someone in jail the facts or end up in jail in the future with him. He is so screwed lol

If it was my life on the line, the rest of my life, I think I would come to court prepared. Does he believe disruptive accusatory behavior to the point of being taken out of the courtroom helps him with the jury..

Should have had an "Old School Judge" for this trial, like Judge Schroeder in the Kenosha trial. This Judge is a Millennial era "Everyone gets a trophy" Judge, she can't handle this POS and gives him an unnecessary "Law 101" class or "Time out" every time he become belligerent . She told him he would get no help at the beginning of the trial, dude killed 6-people and the Judge has all but wiped Brooks' ass at every corner.
