Bloody hell. Those dogs could have killed that child. The mum is a hero for sure to react so quickly getting her daughter out of the way and in safety.

That white car hitting the guy really looks intentional to me. If you watch from the very beginning, he doesn’t seem to be losing control, he floors it into that yard. He doesn’t even seem to be trying to brake or turn the wheels. 😖 glad that other guy is alright…

@ 6:00 it looks very similar to an apartment complex I used to live in when I was staying in Las Vegas.
So I agree the scooter in this video was the problem he did not stop. But to say that scooters bicycles and motorcycles are problematic is an ignorant statement! Drivers in vehicles with four wheels that do not take the time to look both directions before crossing through an intersection or making turns or thinking they can get through or turn before that motorcycle scooter or bicycle or pedestrian walking for that matter gets there or gets through it is the problem. Everybody operating any kind of machinery on a roadway or sidewalk and kind of thoroughfare need to be alert and aware of their surroundings.
Strollers have an invention called brakes on them. 🤨 This is the second video this week I've seen with roll away babies in it.
