8. Isn't Hoover dam the only place that did not have a black out? Heard it was design to continuously create energy.

9. From what I have heard from the community in Las Vegas is, L.A. area has stopped all coal energy Production. SO, Hoover Dam is under contract to supply L.A. area with electricity in a time of shortage. When the lake reaches 'Deadpool' Las Vegas will not run out of water, they have their own supply from the bottom of the lake, they will however become short on electricity. The Governor of Nevada needs to step in and take the right to the water away from L.A. Because the dam is working overtime to supply the electricity, it puts a bigger and longer load on the equipment causing a transformer to overload and caught fire. Not uncommon at all.

20. There is no water shortage when Las Vegas planning commission keeps giving permits out, to house builders. 4 months ago the gave permits out to put 1500 new homes on an old golf course. That’s 1500 new water connections.
    There is no water shortage.
