This is so cool, like, it actually solved that puzzle, but like in a way that shows it actually understands it you know, not just trying random things out but actually thinking about it and solving it.

I used to watch as a pair of crows would land 4-5 feet in front of my cat drawing him across our front yard, closer and closer to the road. When he would be right at the road edge, they would land across on the other side and flit about irresistibly to get him into the road. I knew they were trying to get him in the road bc it was dangerous for him. They no doubt had seen other animals eliminated by cars. But then one day, I was driving home from work and I saw a small dead animal (not my cat) on the road…and that pair of crows were eating from it. So they were trying not only to eliminate my cat as a threat to them and their young, they were trying to whip up a meal at the same time, trying to kill two birds with one stone, as they say. True story.
