3:10 The "Line" is where you need to stop to allow pedestrians to cross, but this is just a two way stop so chances are you need to pull way out to see far enough up this high speed road to make a safe entrance. Trying to enter the road from back at the stop bar is usually a bad idea once you know there's no pedestrians to worry about.
