Just what is the difference between sensing and perceiving? And how does vision actually work? And what does this have to do with a Corgi? In this episode of Crash Course Psychology, Hank takes us on a journey through the brain to better explain these and other concepts. Plus, you know, CORGI!

My brain almost suffocated by ur speech speed. Someone give him a speeding ticket lol

BS Psychology students! Good luck on your exams!!! I'm rooting for all of you!!!😍😭
There's a reason why he says ,"If you were paying attention……."
My attention gets deviated atleast once in 5 min. And you will all agree that he says 5 different things even in a fraction of a second. Now I know why I have to see the Same video twice to understand it COMPLETELY !
as a non-native speaker it was gratifying to hear hank say "all of your sex" and proceed to talk about the incredible experiments of sex
I love you both through sensation and perception <3
So do the people with that disorder recognise their own parents?
Who else is here because they have do do this for a class?

Hank: Talks about the inner complexities of the brain, integral parts of biology, explains complicated sciences
Also Hank: His name is Michael Aranda and he's a dumbhead.
*is it me or does he look like theodd1sout?
is the course about psychology or biology?
This turned into anatomy and physiology real quick
You made me search what sherberr meant hahaha
that opening is so lazy…
best anime of 2014 tho
Watching this instead of Netflix during quarantine
Isn’t it actually that the left sides of both eyes are contolled by the right side of the brain and vice versa – not a whole left eye and a whole right eye to the opposite sides of the brain??
Where i come from, 'sherbet' hasn't taken on a second 'r'.
Why did the paranoid exhausted dad look like John?
How the f did I graduate from college back in 2012… this is confusing but somehow I got it ?!
What about my uncle's China patterns or my grandma's sleeve tattoo?
amazing 👌
not useful and practical information like other crash courses!!!
I absolutely love your videos, but somehow your speed of talking makes me so aggressive, that I sometimes pause the video to process what you just said. Your videos would be way more helpful, if you could just try to talk slower so people can actually follow you without feeling stressed
This makes perfect sense why any type of substance I try to get other people to look into and it’s not just different opinions it’s there mind attraction’s
If you want people to learn from these videos, don't jump cut or speak to fast. Give us time and space to register the information into our brains. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has trouble remembering what you tell us.
College Psychology sent me here and I'm glad it did cause DOGGO.
Edit: Love the video thank you!! : )
I realized that I didn't have my ring on when he mentioned Big lump lol…
here the night before finals 😫✊
Thanks for the video. But must you speak so fast if you are teaching something and you actually want us to learn?
This guy is definitely a William Shatner fan.
Also I am pretty sure at the time of these recordings, he was meeting in cafés pretty often, and he likes dogs.
