  1. It's not just kids born after the 1980s that grew up surrounded by these types of processed foods. I was born in 67 and the Supermarket shelves in the 1970s were full of Hostess cakes, sugary cereals, fruity drinks, flavored potato chips, bubblegum, etc.

  2. I am so glad I come from a large family! We grew our own vegetables, picked wild fruit, fished and hunted for meat and I'm reaping the benefits of eating whole foods as a child at 47 years old.

  3. Rejection causes a person to want to overeat because it is a compensation for not being loved properly. Food is a comfort which was not received at some point in the person's life. It's not an outward problem but a pain in the life of the person. Jesus Christ will help you to get freedom, He loves people, especially children.

  4. Exercise does not beat a poor diet because all these fat sacks are sick because they drink sugar or diet and processed wheat and grains that have been stripped off of everything. Organic Meats that are grass fed, Milks that are whole and full fat from goats and alot of organic fruits and vegetables. Get some Self Discipline you fat fucks.

    If you’re curvy. Then being a little obese is OK. Being a little overweight is better.
    Not fat just a little overweight. With the fat in the right places.
    For big curves you go to eat big!!
    So remember eat eat eat & remember to eat some more!!
    Real men prefer a slightly overweight woman! As long as the extra fat is in the right places! As long as she’s very nice and has a slim face & a slim waist & round thing in your face!

  10. BMI is not very accurate indication of health! Being a certain BMI doesn’t mean you’re fat!!
    It’s not very accurate measurement of body fat percentage or where the fat is stored!!

  12. The mother with the daughter is unfortunately thinking she’s buying the right food, but sadly she’s buying the food that is the reason why people are over weight. Don’t buy low fat anything, your body needs the healthy fat, it keeps you full and reduces cravings for sweets at night. Cut out wheat,gluten, corn , sugar and eat berries rather than sweeter fruits like apples and bananas. Be mindful that every time you eat your insulin spikes and slows down your metabolism. Eat “real “ foods, like eggs,butter, meat and lots of green veggies., drink water with lemon, no sodas. I can’t cover all the reasons why, I recommend watching Dr.Berg on YouTube, he’s a great teacher and has endless information on food,diet and health. There’s sugar in nearly all processed foods. Read your labels, cut out bread, sugar and don’t eat a lot of meals, stick to breakfast of 4 eggs and a health fats dinner that will keep you full, and reduce sugar cravings. Those cravings will disappear after a week, then start your intermittent fasting from 6p.m to 8or 9 a.m for breakfast. You follow Dr.Burg on YouTube and you won’t need to exercise very much, until you feel more comfortable doing so. Good luck

  13. The Food and Drug Administration should be held accountable for this in America anyway we pay the sorry pieces of shit to keep us safe from chemicals and whatever else they stick in our food and think it's OK and it evidently is because nobody does anything about it!!!!

And so government is to blame mostly .And they've made real food so expensive the poor can't afford it !

  18. I feel so bad for the young 12 year old girl, her mother needs a lot more vegetables and fruits and throw that darn cereal and crackers away.
