3. Well in the response we have to protect the people after seeking and provide lil bit help for the big issue such as give tants, clothes etc.
   And in the recovery means recover the people and also obtain as much sources to give to the peoples and also make the temporary time home and medical help and this community work constanyely unless the condition comeback .
   Mitigation means dispose the issue of disaster it's also work before disaster and after disaster.
   Preparedness it's known of it name mean planing when the disaster occurrence how to work on Emergency.
