And just imagine if one species of animal that we have now didn’t exist, say a fennec fox. Then, all the herbivores in the desert, like grasshopper mice, hares, zebras elephants and gazelles, then they would infest and eat all of the plants around the desert and then die out. Then cheetahs, who eat live prey, would too, and then hyenas, until there’s nothing left. Animals are here to prove that being small means nothing in your significance.
