The wipers: Switch shorts out underwater and they turn on. Trailer on trailer at 3:57 — why not take the license plate from one and put it the other one for just one trip to the ramp?

That crane recovery was painful to watch. Guy drags the boat and lower units all across the concrete, then finally lifts it up…WTF?

The guy with the Camaro,,,,,, think about it. The only reason he double stacked the Sea Doo trailer on the utility trailer:
1) there’s a different ball size needed on the Sea Doo trailer and he can’t figure it out.
2) there’s a lock on the trailer hitch and he lost the keys!
3) he stole the Sea Doo with the boat keys and didn’t get the keys to the lock on the trailer.
Now since he wants to use the Sea Doo regardless of any factor, he gets creative. When I was a member, I would definitely be stopping this guy. (especially if I learned about him at the boat ramp!!!) Just a routine stop based on the relatively odd scenario, just with the boat on a trailer in a trailer. If the boat trailer and boat are secure, the driver can prove ownership, and barring any other circumstances, I would send him on his way while shaking my head. If it’s #3,,,,,,,,, well,,,,,,, then I look good for the recovery and arrest!!
I would have to say that at least 8 out of 10 times, if not 9 out of 10 times when I ran across something as strange as this, it resulted in some type of enforcement action for me. Heh heh. Sticks out like a sore thumb!!

Yikes, 1:52 is the public launch at Promenade Park in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. I had to launch there 2 weeks ago because the water was low in my marina at Port Credit. I had nightmares for 2 days because the ramp is so steep. I have a 15 foot Boston Whaler on the back of a Lexus ES330 and saw the boat dragging me into the water. Fortunately, I did a perfect launch. I stood there for 2 hours on the previous Saturday to see if it was easy of not. The place was packed. My neighbour does Towing for Seneca Towing! I never thought I would see something local here 😀

I think the guy in the Camaro was qualified. His boat trailer tags expired, he had another flat trailer, he loaded the the boat trailer on the flat trailer, then loaded the jetski. I would have just switched plates and took a chance, but he was 100% legal.
Why didn't the crane just slide the boat back in the water ?
