4. I was hired to take care of an elderly woman by her sister and niece. I was supposed to take care of just one person. After a month they asked if I can help sometimes with the oldest son. He had a rare type of brain cancer. I said ok cuz I knew he did have a lot of time and he was only 17. They told me he was very sick and had a very short time like 4 months. My heart went out to them cuz I took care of my great uncle before he passed away from cancer. He had 6 months but passed away in 2. So I was just to give the aunt a bath clean her room put her in bed. I was to feed her. After a month I became a nightmare. One thing is the laundry! I was told never go into the basement. I was like ok. The niece told me can you please do the laundry in the basement. I thought it was just a few loads. I looked and omg!! The basement floor was covered with 3 to 4 feet high of dirty laundry!!! What she does is Instead of washing her and her kids clothes she would buy new clothes everytime they would run out of clean clothes and they would throw all the clothes into the basement. The lady was cheap as hell she wouldn't allow me to take the laundry to the laundry mat so I had to wash this massive pile of laundry in this massive basement! I had to climb over all this laundry to get to the washer and dryer. This took me almost 4 months to wash all the 236 loads of laundry and used 67 bottles of laundry soap cuz she was soo she would use small bottles of laundry soap. Then she had me clean the house from top to bottom and including her kids! She started to leave the bedside toilet full of well you know what for me to clean the next day. The niece was obsessed with the smell of mr clean. She had huge bottles of it all over the house. She made me pour mr clean everywhere all over the carpets. I told her this might make mold and she screamed at me. She worked me soo much that I started falling asleep on bathroom breaks. One day she brought a huge group of teenagers for a last minute party. She expected me to serve them! I called my family and ask would they get mad at me if I walked out and never come back. They said please do cuz they cant stand the lady for the way she treated me. So it was payday. I asked for my paycheck early cuz i needed it. Usually she pays me at the end of the day every Friday. She gives me a 30 minute lunch so I told them I will go to the bank and deposit it and get lunch out. I put the money in the bank and I never came back. I got a call a week later she asked me If can come over and do her laundry cuz its pulled up in the basement. I told her in a very nasty sarcastic way. Get off you butt and take it to the laundry mat. I hanged up on her and I changed my number.
