1. I had a dwarf German shepherd he just had short legs like that. And he passed away at 16 from cancer but didnt get until he was 16. He had a long beautiful life and playful life.

17. If his hair hasn't grown back after the thyroid medication. He could have food allergies! My red haired pom is allergic to chicken and he will scratch and scratch and scratch himself. Then he started to lose his fur. Well, I took him off of the chicken and now, he has the floofiest coat! So try a limited ingredient dog food and see if his coat doesn't get better.
