To start the street food tour, Mr. Taster and I are going to try Cag Kabab, kind of like a HUGE HORIZONTAL DONER made of seasoned fatty lamb meat! It’s some of the BEST BBQ MEAT in the WORLD!!! Found in the DEEP BACK Streets of Eminonu, Istanbul!

After this, we’re going to try Cigkofte, a special street food in turkey, and one of the most Unique Street Food around the world! Cig kofte is a type of Turkish meatball usually made with meat, but in Turkey it uses bulgar wheat instead. It’s like a spicy WHEAT with lemon, very unique!
