Greetings to you from AZ. USA I see little Bum doesn't have a diaper on. He needs to wear a diaper all of the time except perhaps when he is outside for his skin to get air. It is much more sanitary for you and your children and for Bum it will keep him clean and dry. You did a wonderful job of making him diapers.
