The Taal volcano near the Philippine capital had been on alert level 4 since the eruption began on Sunday.

Nearly 44,000 people fled the 14 km danger zone around Taal, south of the capital Manila, where volcanologists warned that a devastating eruption could rain rocks and magma, and set off a tsunami from the lake in which the volcano sits.

  1. The scientists who predicted a potential Ice Age with this latest Grand Solar Minimum said there was a high likelihood of volcanic eruptions worldwide. In turn, there would be lots of volcanic ash dumped into the atmosphere, thus causing a blockage of the sun. The result being very cold temperatures.

  2. At the same time Nazi Pelosi and many dems divide America this happens, no one wants to listen to God with warnings and signs until it’s too late.

  3. This should be international news and mentioned a few times of day all week. Tens of thousands displaced. But we are more concerned in the US media about pens and celebrity tweets and MEXIT. Forget trade deals, stock market highs, protests abroad and active natural disasters like this one. Shame.

  4. It's difficult to evacuate if the taal is spreading magma destructing the environment very dangerous keepsafe for people near to the taal volc. people need help and pray is very important.
