This video brought back a childhood memory for me. I raised 2 in the house like they were cats. (On steroids lol) When i got them they didnt even have hair on their hands. Lol. Such a cool experience to raise them. They are amazing critters! And it had been said in the comments they are thieves. I have to agree 100%?. Mom yelled at me many times to catch them because they had stolen a knick knack from the shelf. And the chase was on! ?

They're sooo cute, until they dig holes in your roof and cost your tail $$$$. I like them, but I have friends that can't stand them. Unfortunately, those friends have had their homes damaged and have had to shell out hundreds and thousands

Raccoons are so incredibly intelligent… Just amazing and adorable!!!!! I have some incredible pictures of feeding them from my hand…
I rescued a baby raccoon once and had to feed it with a bottle at first and we became great friends It broke my heart when I found out is was illegal to have her and I would be fined and the raccoon would be shot on site if I was found with her so I took her to a friend with lots of land and had to let her go. I could not check on her because she would freak and just come running to me but over the years my friend has kept me posted and she is doing fine.

They are amazing but,,, they are a wild creature, and can be very nasty we had a big male raccoon, come into our yard and literally chased our three guests to their car's and us to our trailer and we clapped our hands and tried to get him to leave he wasn't having any of it.
Folks that think raccoons are terrible animals need to look in the mirror
