Dramatic video shows car swept away, street turns into river by floods in France

Local French news have reported that violent storms for parts of the country, including Morlaix, are still in effect. On June 3, Morlaix was battered with 100mm of rains, which flooded streets, shops and vehicles. The country’s national weather agency also placed parts of France under an “orange alert”, which is the second highest warning.
