Under ground gas lines need to be inspected and probably replaced in some of the surrounding area's and water also
The explosion was caught on doppler radar. I'd be willing to bet that was at least a few kilotons of energy released with that one. I'll pull up maps of the area, find out how far the damage reports came in from, and hopefully calculate an estimate of the force of the blast.
