Street Cat Rescue – Kitten Season in Brooklyn

Street Cat Rescue - Kitten Season in Brooklyn
Spread The Viralist

We found Cardi, Chai, Cinnamon and Nutmeg on the streets of Brooklyn – right in the middle of kitten season, when female cats go into heat and thousands of kittens are born and suffer outside. Rescuers and trap, neuter, return volunteers have to make difficult decisions based on limited resources.

  1. You know what I appreciate about you guys? You tell the stories as they are. No cheesy special effects. No heart-tugging music. No drama. No need to be the center of the spotlight. You let the cats be heartwarming on their own. That's why I subscribe to you over any other rescue channel. Thanks for doing what you do, and sharing it the way you do.

  2. Thank you for all you do. I am glad you found Cardi again. I have been helping TNR the colony I feed and learning it is a long process. We now have 4 in foster homes and one is in a forever home which makes 5 kittens on their way to a better life.

  3. I'm eternally grateful for whichever TNR person saw my Koda and gave him a shot. He was three when he came to live with me and is an incredibly special buddy.

  4. I live in East Flatbush like y'all and their is a lot of stray cats. I tried to bribe one with food to bring it home but they rather stay wild. Hope to catch one like y'all one day

  5. Theres a group of cats that visit a n area in midwood. One is friendly, two are feral and one is a kitten. There are more but they dont come and frequently. If you leave food for them and wait a bit they will return
