It's much stressful when it comes to the competition…the diet plan for the competition to look ripped, drinking less water will make your body suffer…stay away from steroids and do more cardio exercises will be better for bodybuilder
Dehydration and low blood sugar were the cause of most of those, not heart attacks.
You can't expect to live long when you go such extreme. Moderation with anything is key for long life.

I have read few articles about bodybuilding and heart attack may take place bcoz they take some sort of potassium which is really risky for heart.
