@ “A week ago we rescued a very thin mother and her seven about 2 week old puppies from a pile of garden debris that would have been burned, and in the meantime, would be flooded out by monsoonal rains.
We found out she’d been living at the Gas Station for around a year, but couldn’t be caught for sterilising. Luckily, she let me pick her up and bring her to my home.
She was so afraid at first, she walked with her tail tightly tucked between her legs, but now she’s one of the family, comes for runs, watches TV, lies on the lounge.
