12. I have never seen the sire of pup's so resentful, unfriendly and grouchy! You only see this kind of behavior in lion pride males, not in male dog's towards their own puppies! Yes, the sire's of pup's will discipline them when necessary, but they always play, are friendly, happy or excited (or at least neutral) and routinely interact with them! If the owner was not there, it would not go well for these older pup's! Maybe this is all just insecure bluff, but Shiro does not play with them at all and is tense, stiff, wary and barely tolerating them! His body language says it all–even after living with them for month's! Is this a common trait of intact male Shiba Inu's?! It would not be very hard to believe that Shiro is also quite dog aggressive as well!
