Alot of the incidents are caused by not paying attention and by overspeeding. Ive had that also once before on my bicycle, the car was far enough that i could pass safely if she was driving the 30km/h that was allowed but she was doing atleast 50 km/h. Later on she tried to claim that she had first stopped for me to let me pass… like sure thats how there was a 90° angle in my wheel and some welding points broke and her side mirror was several meters away from the accident.
