All while having to put your life into the hands of an exploding plastic bag . With that knowledge alone , Russians have to be either very brave or very stupid drivers ?

It hasn't even been a week….
After watching many of these winter Russian diving videos, I began to wonder if they've never heard of winter/snow tires. Then after watching many more, I began to realize that Russia is like what is shown in the videos "China, How It Is", by Serpentza.
That is:
The smart people will get winter tires!
– Meaning that they will be able to stop, and not hit other people, but the people behind them won't, because they're not smart, or don't care. So, the accident happens anyways!
– Since, that only takes care of "their fault" accidents, we are still stuck with all the other "not smart" people causing accidents, that they cannot control. So, the accident happens anyways!
In conclusion, why would these "smart people" spend the money on winter tires, when their rates of accidents won't change dramatically? So, these smart people, choose not to buy winter tires, and instead buy dash cams, and better insurance!
BECAUSE, the accidents will happen anyways!
