24. alot of drivers thinks that only when the ambulance is up on their ass, then they are required to shift their car for the ambulance to pass, the correct way should be the moment u hear the siren and see the ambulance from afar and the direction it is moving towards, you should shift your car away from the ambulance travelling direction

26. I was driving in Germany a few weeks ago and they have adopted this very smart rule whereby if you’re stuck in traffic, whether or not there’s an emergency, you should be staying as close to the center reservation or, if you’re on the other lanes, as close to the curb as possible.
    That way, if there is an emergency, cars don’t have to scramble.
    They also have a very clever infographic explaining it all every few miles. So even if you’re a foreign driver, you’ll still understand what’s required of you.
    I must say I was very impressed.
