3. These idiots are murder waiting to happen. They know these cars are dangerous, won't stop, don't turn, blow tires, cause crashes. It's not an 'accident' when you modify a car to the point that it's unsafe at any speed. At this point, you meant to endanger everyone near you as you drive. When you do finally succeed in killing yourself or someone else or their family, you should be charged with criminal endangerment causing death or better yet, second degree murder. It's worse than driving drunk.
