My dog was the same way with my budgie. It was kinda funny because my budgie bossed around my dog and used to peck him while he was eating or drinking. My dog was really sad when my budgie unfortunately passed away. 🙁 Every time he hears budgies chirping now he starts barking and running around searching every where for his little friend. I want to get him a new budgie friend so he’ll feel better. 🙁

What's with yellow labs and being such agreeable pets to integrate with other pets. Our lab chased a chicken, got to it, and just sniffed its head and walked continued following me while I do chores.
