23. I propose that a driver training city be established. Everyone that presents dangerous driving skills, and ALL new drivers must be sent there for one month. Of course the city will have all the infrastructure and job opportunities for these people. Support personnel who have to work here to make this a reality will move via underground tunnels, far AWAY from the lunatics and newbies. 😉

30. Do the Chinese drivers even know purpose of rear mirrors? I always thought that Russians are the worst drivers but i was wrong. Russians drive wildly and dangerously but after seeing some videos like that i think that Chinese drivers are just dumb…
