Street Food in China – Chinese Street Food – China Street Food. We made our way DEEP into Western China, Xinjiang province, in search of the BEST and most unique street food in China. As soon as you arrive, it feels like you’re entering a whole new street food world. This definitely is some of the best street food around the world!
When we arrived, we wanted to try all of the western china street food specialties. A lot of them really resemble central asian street food. I’ve tried street food in Hong Kong, Street food in Guangzhou, Street food in Chengdu, Sichuan, and all around China, but as soon as we tried this street food in deep western china, I was amazed at how delicious and UNIQUE it really was!

Everything was really cheap, ad the locals, who are Uighurs, are really friendly. I can’t speak uighur language, so I got by with mandarin, but it would have been better to study a little uighur beforehand. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience to visit turpan in Xinjiang, China, to taste the delicious and unique street food!

Best Chinese food , is American chinese food. Best Mexican food is American mexican food. The ingredients of pure chinese and mexican cuisine doesn't match American and European food habits.

Hi Trevor, sometimes i am confused about the rating you give to some foods like the baozi ,minute 6:45 in this video, (crispy bread stuffed with lamb meat. You seemed to like it but you gave it a low rate of 7 out of 10. You mentioned in the screen below it was excellent but you wish it was stuffed more. I think with the street food, more stuffing means more expensive so they may be lessen the stuff to keep it as cheaper as possible
