7. This is indeed a huge mistake. Experts from explosive manufacturing companies should have been consulted in this process, but the explosives were treated in a very casual manner and it was assumed that could not explode. The biggest mistake in this is of the securities agencies and the government.

8. This was an avoidable accident. FSL tech without the awareness of static electricity, should not have handled the 350 kgs explosives. Kashmir is known for static electricity discharges in winter. This is the most likely cause of explosion. All bomb handling personel must be electrically grounded. Which is why we need BE/Btech in explosives and pyrotechnology in India.

16. This is a conspericy the explosive material is returned back to terrorists . The volume of explosive material caught and stored is 3-4000kgs is sufficient to blast J&K 2-3 times. It's some big conspericy.

    This explosion is from the 300 kg of ammonium nitrate seized from the Faridabad terrorists
    There are also reports of 2900 kg of ammonium nitrate seized in J&K
