5. At the 8:12 intersection where t-bones keep happening, would four strop signs for a four-way stop be so expensive? It's negligent of DOT to respond the way they did.

State "A" where I grew up – if any part of your vehicle is in the intersection (on or past the thick white line) on a red light, you're at fault, with the single exception of waiting for oncoming traffic to stop for your left turn. You may enter on a yellow, but you must be out of the intersection by the time the light turns red. LEOs enforce this, and drivers learn to slow down for yellows, to be stopped when their light turns red.

   In State "B" where I moved – you may enter on a yellow, and still be in the intersection when your light turns red. Those waiting for their red light to turn green may not proceed until all cross-traffic has cleared, and the (new) green-light driver must wait or will be at fault.

   "A" promotes slowing down when your light turns yellow, full stops for red. "B" promotes running red lights. I commented on this after moving, and a "B" native asked "Why slow down for a yellow? I replied, "Because red always follows a yellow, and it's not your turn." She said, "So what? I speed up to beat the red."

   "B" seems lunatic to me, because a red should never be allowed to be ignored. Yellow is the "maybe," and red is the "never."

7. 0:38 I've been trying to figure out why there are so many red light runners at this intersection. Is it because the right turn lane often gets a green right turn arrow so that all that traffic is moving?

13. #48 That doesn't look like a parking space to me. If the Cammer is illegally parked he should pay his own costs. That Cafe removed parking spaces so they could have more outdoor seating area. The white lines are still clearly marked. Do not stop in a traffic lane.

You did everything you could. 10:33 people usually run the crossing stop sign there but you take the cake with that one. 10:59 no reverse lights needed. 11:50 thats Pittsburgh, I can tell right away because I live here. 19:44 that dog said NOPE!
