First video: This effect is due to led lights on clothes. The camera produces this exact effct!
In the last video, the clothing hanging from the door looks like something is grabbing it and pulling the door. It might be paranormal, or it might just be staged. I could see how you could close a door by pulling on something hanging from the door. Although, there are probably easier ways to do that.
That first video is a light bulb. You can clearly see the outline of it. And you can see the shadow of whoever is holding it.

1st video: the bright object is something very close to the camera & the infra-red light – hence why it looks so bright. It could be just the tip of a cat's tail or even just a bug.
