That first guy did an act where he chained himself in a tank of water and had a little trouble getting out. I think it was on BGT and there was quick shot of Simon where he stood up and looked to the crew as if he wanted them to intervene because the act may have gone too far.
Dangerous should be banned at the show is not talent is risking life
