Cobb County, Georgia – On December 30th, 2023, police were dispatched to an apartment complex after an eviction dispute between a couple and their extended families escalated into a physical altercation. Multiple 911 callers reported that a gun had been pulled during the fight.
When officers arrived on scene, they were met with chaos — accusations, damaged property, and conflicting accounts. Bodycam footage shows officers patting down individuals, interviewing witnesses, and working with the leasing office to determine who was lawfully allowed to remain on the property.
Although no firearm was recovered, the incident led to discussions about trespassing, eviction laws, and ongoing domestic tensions. Officers attempted to mediate, ensure safety, and clarify next steps for both parties.

If I understand this correctly. He's not on the lease. Which usually is a lease violation. So instead of being evicted she's moving out willingly. But he is calling cops on the chicks friends to try and get more time to move out? I'm not sure what's the point in calling cops claiming a gun unless you trying to cause problems.
