Best way to handle that Situation is to quickly Remove your Foot from the Gas Pedal, dont hit the Brakes , just Control the Car with the Steering , you will notice you will quickly again Control. But if they were Cars infront or on your Side, you hit the Brakes Gently while mainly focusing on Steering to gain Control.
