He has no staff and manages everything completely on his own. Every day, he arrives at the stall around 4 AM to prepare the curries, cook egg curry, knead dough for the parathas, and get everything ready before customers arrive. From early morning onwards, he starts serving fresh hot parathas to the crowd.
