Carp fish rubbed with salt. Sautéed onion, tomatoes, minced garlic, dried lemon (Noomi Basra), spices (cumin, turmeric, curry powder). Served with rice, fresh bread and tea.

🔥 *FRIED BUFFALO LIVER*

🍖 *BUFFALO MEAT MASMOTA*
Remove skin, organs chop meat. Boil meat. Simmer in boiling water with turmeric, cumin, cloves, curry powder, onions. Served on rice (The meat and the feet/hooves). Add some vermicelli fried with ghee.
