Try to find some of the old videos of Admiral Byrd and his Antarctic voyages in the early trying to find a way through the ice of Antarctica. Operation High Jump, hollow Earth, him saying in three years of voyages (not during the southern winter though) he could not find an opening through the ice of Antarctica, and his son being found dead in a warehouse when he was going to speak about his Dad's discoveries, are of particular interest.
