  1. Boxing is the best for striking except for Muay Thai and unlike most martial arts you don’t need to train in boxing that much for it to actually be effective in a real fight where in different martial arts you would have to train a good while in that art for it to actually be effective, where in boxing it doesn’t take that long

  2. The karate stance is definitely not like that. That's the point sparring karate stance when you go into karate they dont teach you the sideways stance for self defense. The original karate stance looks like a kickboxing stance. They keep that sideways stance in point sparring just because all they want is to score points they keep their stance wide in point sparring is just because their front leg is the closest to their opponent with that stance all you gotta do is lift your leg up and tap and score a point and also so you can get in quickly and exist quickly

  3. Muay thai looks so bad for self defense, best stance is arms low (chest level) forward face to be prepared for catching a punch or a kick to grapple immediately in self defense the worse thing you could do is not grapple

  4. Juijitsu has a LOT of ground finding techniques so I do think that its fitting 😂. However, if it were to be a fight I was being standing in fight stance/sport stance with one hand under my chin half tucked and the other by my hip preventing kicks or punches. If I would be going up against a smarter opponent. I wouldn't give them my hands or my legs, I would try to maintain distance and go for a quick and technical move.
